Not therapy. Not a crisis tool.

Flirt Mode is an entertainment app for practicing flirting out loud. It is not therapy, not a clinical intervention, and not a substitute for professional mental health care.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Flirt Mode app and flirtmodeapp.com (together, "the Service"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Flirt Mode. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. This is not therapy — not a crisis resource

Flirt Mode is a flirting practice app. The AI plays a character. It does not assess your mental health, provide clinical support, or offer crisis intervention.

Do not use this app as a substitute for therapy, dating coaching, or professional mental health care. If you're dealing with something serious, please reach out to a qualified professional.

4. Sessions and purchases

  • Your first session is free. Additional sessions are purchased through the App Store.
  • Sessions are sold individually or in packs. They are one-time purchases. No subscription, no auto-renewal.
  • Unused sessions do not expire, but they are tied to your Apple ID and are non-transferable.
  • Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds outside that process.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI character prompts
  • Use automated tools to interact with the app (bots, scrapers, etc.)
  • Use the app to harass, threaten, or harm any real person
  • Misrepresent the app as a therapeutic or clinical tool
  • Circumvent purchase verification or share session access

6. Intellectual property

The Flirt Mode app, brand, AI character prompts, scenarios, and all content we created are owned by Flirt Mode. These Terms don't give you any right to use our trademarks or content outside of normal app use.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AI-GENERATED RESPONSES ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIRT MODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FLIRT MODE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the app at any time. Deleting the app removes it from your device; your purchase history remains with Apple.

10. Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and note the change in the app. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
